“This is a very cool property rich in history with an awesome view directly on Lake Erie. We stayed an entire month & it was very accommodating for long term stays. We stayed in the large 2 bedroom apartment upstairs. There is also a smaller 1 bedroom apartment upstairs which we saw and was very cool as well. Any issues we had were addressed promptly by the property owner who was charming. The listing does state that there is a tennis court on property but if you are planning to play tennis, it……

“The house has a lot of character, is very unique, quirky and eccentric. It was a little too old fashioned/crammed for our taste, but our children loved it and thought it was magical! We knew what to expect from the photos – so not complaining ;) Check-in was easy. The biggest advantage of the house is the wonderful direct lakeside location, the view, the sunsets. The beach is a little rough but you have it to yourself, the water is clean and very clear on calm days. We enjoyed the garden,……

“We were in the area to attend our son's senior recital at SUNY Fredonia. The house was perfect for our family. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice selection of games and my son and his friend loved the tandem bike! The view was amazing, I can only imagine how nice it would be in warmer weather. ”

“My family and my brother’s family stayed in this beautiful home for our Christmas family gathering. The home was comfortable and inviting. It was spacious enough for the Christmas gathering 11 people. It was the perfect home for us to have our short vacation to celebrate with family. I would definitely recommend this home.”
