“We spent one night here on our way from Dublin to Kilkenny. The staff were prompt and very polite. The location is rural, but the facility is top notch. A grand staircase greets you as you enter the main lobby. As a group, we occupied three rooms. Our only issue was the lack of room air conditioning (but iist say the temps while we visited were the highest in almost 80 years). The rooms are equipped with an energy saving feature, you must place a room key in a wall mounted to activate any in……

The rooms are very clean, and the beds were super comfy! The lodge is quiet. I barely heard or saw another tenant while we were there, even though they were fully booked. This is a beautiful property close to all the sites in Glendalough.”
