She actively provided advice on the choice of restaurants in the area and helped us book a table for dinner at Northern Sands. Jane and Richard are nice guys with their lovely cat, Lona. “The hotel is in a small town, with beautiful fresh air and countryside a few minutes walk away. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included in the cost of our stay. Anything you could possibly want for breakfast was provided, from fresh fruit, yoghurt and croissants to eggs, bacon, sausage, haggis and blood pudding and others. We were very happy with our stay here.”
