“Absolutely fantastic - an incredibly beautiful property in a lovely quiet street. The room was so comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a fantastic bathroom. Breakfast, which you order the evening before, was absolutely delicious and Alison was a fantastic host. The building had a stunning front room for guests to use and was beautifully decorated throughout. Spacious, quiet, peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back if we are staying in Ayr again - I can’t……

“Stunning hotel. Weather was glorious and a lovely outside area to sit with a refreshment. Rooms are out of this world and all beautifully designed. Only thing missing is bottled water. Dinner and breakfast very tasty. Only complaint steak was very fatty and grizzly. Not great as it was £32.00. Bar has a great selection of drinks. Small and quaint bar area. Can get busy and you can loose your place in the queue. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. ”

“AMAZING!!! The restaurant team were simply the best. We had our 7 year old grandson with us who has autism, and the staff went well over and above for us. George spoke to him, Keiran the chef came out of the kitchen to see him. Truly exceptional and in his words “the best night ever”. Service goes a long way and this whole team nailed it, even with our annoyingly awkward requests with our meals. We love a night away and I have not experienced service like this for a long time. “Easy check In and received text inquiring about time I would be arriving.very small room but bright and had everything required I slept well ..My only complaint was the tiny travel electric kettle had such a short lead on it It had to be unplugged every time to pour the water and it was right beside the curtains and it was a stretch to even plug it in…a kettle that you lift out would be a much more safe option ”
