“We recently stayed at The Whitehouse Hotel in Peterlee as a group of five, and it was an absolute delight. The rooms were spotless, tastefully decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Although we hadn’t pre-booked breakfast for all five of us the night before, the staff were more than happy to accommodate us on the day without any fuss, which we really appreciated. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. Television does not work, and the fans aren't very good. There are also insect stains on the bedding. Service is misleading, we were told that our check……
