“Great hotel with great views ”

“Hotel lobby smelled amazing as you walked in! Only one elevator was working which wasn’t too terrible for us since we were on the second floor and utilized the stairs most of the stay. Received an automated text within 10 minutes of getting to our room and it said to text with any questions, which I did but never got a text back. Not really an issue but I didn’t see the purpose of the message if there wasn’t going to be a response. Rooms are beautifully decorated and modern. Beds were so……
