“My husband and I only stayed for one night, but could have easily stayed longer if our schedule permit! We split our road to Hana and Haleakala-Kipahulu District trip up over two days, making this the perfect place to rest for the night. We loved the secluded nature of the house and listening to the rain through the open windows at night. The bathroom was very clean and updated and we loved sitting on the back porch in the evening. ”

“Check-in was easy, home was fun to stay and prepare our meals. At first we were concerned upon arrival as the home doesn’t have air conditioning. The home cooled down after opening windows & doors. Two fans, plus a ceiling fan kept us comfortable at night. There is a general store nearby which was helpful. Sunrise was beautiful and we enjoyed the walk to the beach from this home. Recommend staying here and thank you to our host and owner.”

“Great place to stay as a jumping off point for the Road to Hana. Place was comfy in every way for our family of 4. And the convenient laundry facilities was an added bonus. Not to mention the proximity to Mama’s Fish House and several nice beaches. Kitchen was well stocked and beds and baths were great. ”
