“This property was amazing! John the host communicated throughout our stay. The views from the property were beautiful. Waking up to birds chirping was such a delight. John was so generous with the bananas that are grown on the property. We took some with us to Oahu for family. We would book another vacation here without hesitation! You won’t regret it! ”

“The cottage is so thoughtfully designed and includes everything you need. The view is perfection. You are on the beach in about a minute. Walk to Nalu's, Akamai coffee and just about anywhere else you may want or need. The location makes it easy to drive to Wailea, upcountry and Maalaea harbor. The cottage is a wonderful alternative to a condo/resort and we loved it. We spend 10 nights and didn't want to leave. It became home away from home. Thank you to manager Amber for a seamless stay.”

“This property is absolutely breathtaking, I’m sure I took atleast 50 pictures or the view from the bedroom alone. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming and were quick to answer with any questions we had. This was our last stop on our elopement/honeymoon in Maui and it was the perfect relaxing and quiet end to it. We would love to come back again someday soon.”

We saw deer walking a trail right underneath the deck and of course there are lots of chickens and roosters! “The cottage exceeded out expectations. We are a family of four and stayed 3 nights. As the title states, the house is clean, the neighborhood is quiet and best of all... You can walk to Paia Town in a few minutes and Baldwin Beach in about 10 minutes. The cottage was plenty big for our family and we will stay here again when back on Maui. ”

The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the extra touches like having a jar of local coffee and the coffee presses. “My husband and I stayed with some friends for a week. The house was perfect for us. Nice kitchen with the esstentials and a grill outside. The bedrooms were a good size and nice living space. The pool was such a nice bonus that we definitely enjoyed! 5 minutes to lots of shops and restaurants in Kihei, and a short drive to Paia. We had the pleasure of talking to Elaine one day at the pool. She is so kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time and would come back. Highly recommend!”
