“Arrived at 3 am to find many homeless gathered around the property. Lobby was locked ofcourse. Staff wasn’t rude but not friendly either. Room was beyond disgusting. We stayed for 4 hours and checked out and didn’t stay our other 2 days. Mold growing, dirt, dust, yellowing to bed covers, found shredded cheese between sheets. Holes in the wall, the deadbolt on door was broke off so no security. Evidence that door had been kicked in. Killed 2 bugs on walls and not declearing “bed bug” but found……

“The new owner gave me a renovated room that had not been used yet. It was amazing! It was appointed with a new king size bed, new linens, new curtains, and new towels. The tub surround and new shower curtain were pristine. The new shower head had options for water flow and had great water pressure.
