“When we arrived for the check in, the front desk staff requested us to do online check in even though we were here. The online check in is French even though I selected English. We showed it to front desk for the language error so eventually she is willing to help us check in. So the front desk is very unhelpful and made us waste a lot of time during check in. But the room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. ”

“It is a beautiful hotel. We stayed 6 nights during our vacation. Unfortunately, there were many problems in this hotel. First day, there is a staff with suit rushed into our room without knocking the door. She said : sorry , she didn’t know there is ppl in the room. And the same day, we found we have a dirty towel in our toilet. After two days, we went out with a card which shows no need to clean our room. “Unfortunately I visited Paris under extremely hot weather, the room I had was very hot even if at night. Only 1 fan provided for ventilation. I had to open window for lowering down room temperature. However many kinds of insects came to visit us including mosquitoes, spiders ladybugs etc. The facilities were a bit old but still acceptable. The wifi was unable that required frequently login. The only thing I appreciated was friendly staff. ”

“We stayed for ten nights and the housekeep cleaned one time during our stay. The hot water was not very stable. Self laundry in the basement. There were two supermarkets (intermarche/carrefour) in 200 meters. Overall, quite pleasing stay in the apartment. ”
