“I staied at this hotel for 4 nights,and this hotel was probably the worse experience that I had. The emergency alarm rang at the first night when I checked in.Then second day it happened AGAIN at 5am in the early morning. Then at 3rd day before I went out, I went to reception to ask new pass code,and reception kept telling me I supposed to check out at that day. I even shown him my reservation number from hotels.com. But he still couldn't find my reservation. Even tried to charge me again. Took……
