“Good hotel to stay again!”

“Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience ”

“Customer service was excepcional Christian went beyong his duty. After being left stranded by Viator Tours, Cristian secure a Private tour so I could see Viña Del Mar y Valparaiso. Victor was extremely helpful and John the driver couldn’t be nicer. Definitely I would recommend and stay at the Hyatt in Santiago de Chile. Five stars. . ”

“Area hotel was located in was very safe and walkable, breakfast was decent, staff were friendly especially breakfast staff. Thanks to all of them from the Scottish couple! Felt the room was a bit small but very ell decorted. A plug in the sink and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be good. Air conditioner was quite noisy. I was disappointed I had to pay for coffee that I had in the room, I would have thought that would be free...”

“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”
