“I travelled to Arizona from Toronto because I am always on the east coast when travelling to the states (family) and wanted to see what the west had to offer. 10/10 stay to say the least. the resort was so peaceful, quiet, and clean. “I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs. ”
