“Had a one night stay at the Imperial, staff were excellent and struck the right balance of attentiveness.
Room had a fantastic view, was spacey and comfortable.
Breakfast was really good, my wife has a dairy intolerance and they catered for this, at not time did they make it feel like it was an inconvenience.
It was a lovely one night stay, relaxing and would happily return.”
“Didn't see he host at all during my stay. Although there were no issues, I knew if I needed them they were a phone call away. The room was well equipped with a bath and shower, kettle, hair dryer, towels etc. Very comfortable and quiet. I dropped something out of my pocket and as I was looking for it, seen that under the furniture was covered in dust accompanied by a spider on my towels. I was a little freaked at this, but it's the country. It's to be expected. ”
“The Osborne Hotel is in a beautiful location, right on the coast. Our hotel room was extremely clean and very comfy. The only downside was that early in the morning there seem to be doors banging, we’re not sure if it was because we were situated above what we thought was the gym/pool area or something else, although it wasn’t a major problem, it was slightly annoying. The breakfast was good as was the service. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”
“Didnt stay due to my wife being rushed into hospital the day we should of arrived phoned them on the evening to tell them we wont be comonig no answer . Phoned nxt day and they said thats fine we'll speak to manager no reply for a day then phoned back they said the same we will speak to manager and while all this is going on they charge me for the room i didnt stay in and a week later still waiting for that phon call”
“The staff were so kind and thoughtful. Lovely little touches in the bedrooms. Quaint and quirky hotel with all mod cons. So looking forward to another visit. ”
