“The lady at the front desk was so kind and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. If I could rate 10 stars I would. My grand baby spilled water and she was so polite. We offered to clean it and she was not irritated by what happened. I could not sense once iota of insincerity when she told us it was okay. Her name is Callie and I want to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves for outstanding customer service. The room was clean, smelled nice and was spacious.……
