“This house is perfect for a large family. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 adults and 2 small children. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to a park for the children and a walking trail. The beds are so comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. We just felt at home. KT is a very gracious and helpful host. She is very responsive and answered questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to others. ……

The house was clean and supplied with everything we needed - including items needed for an infant stay. The drive to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain Ntl Pk is an hour, however worked well for our infant’s morning nap during the drive.
