“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “I love it there! Went there last year when we went to the red rocks for a concert! They are very clean, comfortable and I feel safe there! Easy access to just about anywhere! The beds are SO comfortable! There’s nowhere else I would book a room. PERIOD‼️ I had to leave early because of a family emergency and they credited me back with no problem so whatsoever they were totally accommodating and I just can’t give any better reviews. They are five star all the way!”
