“Oskar is amazing! I had a horrible experience at the baymont in thornton colorado so I came to stay here. I have had wonderful service, a quite clean room. They let me bring my cat Willard which is very important to me, but most of all Ive had a very ruff ffew months and I was greeted with kindness and compassion which ment the world to me. Thanks for going above and beyond !”

“We want to thank Liz at the front desk in assisting us with our room transfer. In our first room, the ac was not working. She was very helpful and immediately responded by transferring us to another room and even brought us the new room keys since it was late in the evening. Great customer service! ”
