“We always enjoy our stay at this hotel. Staff is amazing, hotel is clean and bar/ restaurant was great. ”

“I had paid for the room through Hotels.com and had looked to see if there was a security deposit. There was not one mentioned. When I went to check n they told me there was. $150 deposit which I did not have. The desk clerk was very nice and understanding giving me a chance to not let him down by waiving the deposit. I was so thankful. I didn’t know how I was going to manange it”

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……

“Love the stay. What I don't like is being asked to take a survey that in the email appears to be one maybe two questions turns out to be a much longer process. Please respect your customer's time, tell me it' 10 questions or 20 questions or 5 min. That way I know. When I get started as I did here, I now see this is going to take a while. So forget it. Started out Excellent review. Ended with meh.”

“The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple and clean. I love that there are s’more’s and beverages available at night as a special treat for purchase. Parking lot is a little tight but available. Overall great stay with close proximity to the college.”
