“It was a clean and new hotel, the check in was disorganized that the guests behind us got confrontational with us and it did not give us a good start of our stay after a 9 hours flight. Staff apologized to the person behind but not us. Would recommand if we could at least check in / pay for deposit before 2pm (without getting our room keys) to make check in for efficient and not deal with impatient people in line”

“Really nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms, comfortable beds. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars overall is that the neighborhood is dodgy. That's not the hotel's fault, but it may affect the quality of your stay. Things get better quickly just a couple of blocks away, so it's not the end of the world, it's just. . . a very nice place in a lousy neighborhood.”

“Lovely garden area, decent size room by Paris standards. Staff friendly, mainly, the lady in breakfast room excellent, as is the breakfast.. The young guy with dark curly hair in reception is excellent so helpful. The older guy in reception not so helpful...... immaculately clean rooms, in fact everwhere in the Hotel was perfectly clean. If the older miserable guy on reception, cheered up it would be perfect. Many many restaurants nearby, spoilt for choice. Loved it there.”
