“The apartment is within easy walking distance of Lake Champlain and Church Street. It is not easy walking distance to UVM, but a very short drive. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with very steep wooden stairs, so be aware if you have physical limitations. The ceilings in the apartment are also very low in places, so if you’re much over 6’ tall you might be uncomfortable. Finding parking was easy as there is a dedicated space for the renter and clear directions on how to find it. We had one……

“This compact unit was perfect, everything needed was provided. Beds were very comfortable, the fireplace was a lovely addition for a cold weekend, parking was within steps of the door. And tho neighborhood was crowded, there were no noise issues. Highly recommend.”
