“This is a very high quality hotel. Those of you that are a bit finicky and picky about hotels will not be disappointed. I give this location highest marks. ”

“The room itself was incredible. Very comfortable beds and comforters and lots of pillows. Nice, new and clean furniture. The property itself could use a little more attention. The hallways are dreary and dark with old carpeting. A nice lobby area, very inviting. The outside is very dated but it is an old hotel so that is to be expected. ”

“The location was excellent for what we needed to do while in Beaumont. The property was as I expected for the price, which is to say average. The beds were comfy and the AC worked, plus the room was clean. It's a mid-price hotel with mid-price features. We did have a good refrigerator and microwave so that helped keep our food fresh.”

“My daughter was receiving an award and needed space since we were traveling in from Dallas with family. The house is lovely, checkin and communication was good. Plenty of space, perfect for what we needed. Two things to note. Sofa in living room needs to be replaced, back has no support. There is no privacy door for the forth bedroom, open. Lawn could have been mowed for better drive up appeal. Neighborhood was nice, quiet safe .I would rent sgain...but needs”
