“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak……

The house was impeccably clean and well-apportioned, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. “This property has everything you need for a friends weekend. Pickelball, pool, basketball, even golf hitting net were all used by our group and we enjoyed the TV room and large outdoor space. Takes a little navigating to get there, but the directions were well done and communication with the owner was great. They were very responsive to all of our questions. Would highly recommend this place for groups.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Intercourse Villa! The house was very clean and comfortable. Honestly, it was even prettier in person than in the pictures. It was the perfect size for our 2 small families. It was a perfect location to go to Cherry Crest Adventure Farm & Dutch Wonderland with the kids. We also enjoyed waving to all of the friendly neighbors driving up & down the street with their horse & buggies. We would absolutely stay here again. Next time we will bring a cooler to take lots of……

“Great location and house! Check in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Water pressure upstairs was a little low but there is a shower downstairs. Could use a towel stand in the upstairs bathroom. AC vents sound like a shower running when blowing. I found it to be great white noise. No TVs in the bedrooms if you need one to sleep. Great stay-would recommend it and stay again. ”
