“You could always trust the Yotel brand in terms of cleanliness and style. Service is excellent. They have everything you can think of. Room is on the smaller side. Be aware of the location. There are plenty of drug abusers and homeless people around the hotel. They aren’t dangerous but they can be very loud at midnight. ”

“Located at the Market Street where is the SF central. The SF central environment has been deteriorated overall in the past five years or so. The hotel is recently redecorated from old building, smell poorly along the hallway. The Urban Fee which some traveller has complained in the Internet was proposed by the front desk, however was nicely waived when checked out. She said such fee will be included in the Hotel. Com afterward. A response I accepted. ”

“The hotel is new and clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Location is good, just 2 mins walk from Westfield San Francisco Center or the Powell Street station. No homeless is spotted on the Turk Street entrance, and it is manned by security guards and you will feel safe around the hotel area. Will definitely stay here again the next time I go to SFO.”

Replace the ac units in the room as they are really loud and can’t hear the tv at a normal volume; and 2. Please remove use of plastics, for example, the room has plastic cups wrapped in plastic.
