“Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. “The location of Rainbow Motor Inn is good but rooms are not acceptable. First, the door can’t locked well. The lock seems broken. Second, TV is not working and air conditioner is noisy but even not cooler enough. Third, the room is not clean and bathroom is very dirty. Forth, the staffs are not friendly. Fifth, and the most ridiculous part is they don’t keep baggage for me because they said they are full booked, there is no room to keep it!!!!!!!! I will not stay in Rainbow Motor Inn……
