“Cute house in great location. Good size family space with open concept and enough seating for 4 adults and 2 children to eat together. Bedroom downstairs has bunkbeds that the kids loved-but no AC-bring fans.The bedrooms upstairs have very low headroom due to roof. Enter beds from 1 side only. The window AC units are behind headboard and are adequate but noisy. Beds were comfy. The roofline also limits height in bathroom both shower and sink area. Good for kids! Walk to beach is .5 mi ……

“A clean and comfortable property that is in a great location! The house was a wonderful home base to celebrate a big birthday with a group of friends. We rented bikes and were able to enjoy Edgartown, the Katama General Store, and a beach day with ease!The property's host was incredible - 10 out 10 on communication and kindness before, during, and after our stay. Cannot wait to try to get back to the island as soon as possible and this house!”

“The keyword here is LOCATION. This cottage is perfectly located. Right on the beach. Walking distance to an adorable market with restaurants, entertainment, shops and ice cream. It's also perfectly situated to hit a ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. It's a couple minutes drive to a fantastic new walkable shopping place with excellent restaurants. Cottage itself is very nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, kitchen was well stocked. Check out was a cinch. Perfect place for our family……
