“The cabin is a true gem. Secluded and private but only a short drive to biking and hiking trails, fishing and boating sites and music venues. The cabin is nicely furnished and appears to be only a few years old. The large porch is a great place for sitting and relaxing while listening to music or reading. “I’m afraid that no words or pictures can quite describe our stay at Pops cozy cabin! The views are stunning; the cabin was updated, beautifully decorated, and spotless. It had everything we needed for a mother/daughters weekend get away. We wish we had planned a longer stay- and will be back. This area of Virginia is close to so many things to do. “Everything about the place was exceptional. Hot tub was a bit too hot for us 4, but still was very enjoyable, clean! Not only was the home decorated beautifully, everything was organized, cleaned, well stocked. It made our stay very easy and enjoyable. This may be a one time issue, but there were dogs running freely next door and they barked occasionally, sometimes at night. This was nothing to do with the place itself but was a neighbor. The dog was not mean just loud. We would definitely stay……
