“Check in was easy and quick it was on a self check in on a screen, but instantly the staff asked if I needed help at both check in and check out... “Nice hotel, easy check-in and easy access to the beaches and other attraction areas with bus and tram, which the kids love, and a good environment to stay for a large family. “Room 206 has the most comfortable four poster bed, i slept like a log every night. We usually just stay Room only, but occasionally we chose breakfast and dinner and neither options disappointed. “We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”
