Having a sliding door that gave us easy access and had 2 chairs and a small table on our own little patio was nice. “Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!”

“This hotel is an All Star. It's beautiful. The lobby has been renovated but not updated; the lobby lounge has good food options; the rooms are classy and updated with great soaps, etc. There is a beautiful pool and a super hot tub. “Wasn’t sure what to expect when I made a semi-last minute reservation at this hotel the night before the mini marathon. I could not have been more pleased.
