“Modern room and good pub with a nice restaurant ”

“很差勁的體驗，房間殘舊，有臭味，燈光昏暗，光線不足。床褥有蟲咬的感覺，一整晚都很癢。 不敢相信這個價格，房間內居然沒有拖鞋及水提供！ 而且浴室裡的花灑是壞的，房間地墊十分髒，梳化也很髒，眼睛可見除處都是食物碎屑，令人作嘔，房間充滿臭味，這一晚是惡夢的一晚”

“All went smooth and as expected, a good stay. Room has a lot of light switches is my only comment! All seem to be on by default. Pain when time to go to sleep, having to turn them all of individually or just pull the entire card. ”

“Nobody in reception at 20:50 with note to press call button but after 10 mins nobody turned up. We called all the numbers listed but there was no answer / number un-recognised. Went to the attached pub and asked about the reception and told someone would be coming over, 5 mins later receptionist arrived and announced that the attached restaurant was closed. Not a good first impression! ”

“Liked privacy, quiet, clean, list of places to eat, Nigel was very helpful with our difficult overseas payment. Being from rural area it was difficult understanding security but destails were very good, just our lack of ability. I did get locked in bathroom at 3 a.m. as when I tried to get out as the lock fell out of the door handle. After trying to phone my husband as I used the phone as a torch, I ended up knocking on the adjoining wall. He finally woke up and came and opened door - it waas……

“This was a business trip and I only chose this place due to the fact it was really close to where I was going the following morning... what a great surprise. Comfortable accommodation, sensible cost and a fantastic breakfast in the morning. This is not like your typical chain-hotels. Much more personal and friendly for sure and run by a family, so if you're staying in these parts of the country you should definitely support-local and get yourself in here. ”

“Hart’s Hotel in Nottingham is a comfortable, clean, welcoming hotel in the centre of Nottingham. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman on night duty, I think his name is Simon. Parking is available at the back of the hotel, by arrangement with the desk staff. The hotel’s views over Nottingham are amazing and the ground floor rooms have direct access to the garden. It is a wonderful hotel.”

“Property is short walk into Mansfield town center. Apartment had all the amenities for cooking and laundry. Just downfall was no soap or shampoo or laundry powder luckily i checked in early too purchase so was not an issue but cloud imagine if i checked it late”
