“This property was really made very new even though it was an older home. This host supplied more things than I have ever seen. I have rented lots of properties. Plenty of towels, beds comfortable, coffee, filters I could go on and on”

They are wonderful communicaters, lovely accomodations, cute gifts. Kitchen is small bathroom is run down upstairs is a cute place but it's all old. But it worked because I didn't actually need to hang out there. ”

“My husband and I came for a long weekend. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we could want. The location was perfect, close to the state park, which we relaxed at a few days. Greene was a quaint little town with great breakfast spot and a few fun restaurants.Our host was easy to reach for any questions and response was within minutes. The place was comfortable and spotless. Quiet spot, easy to access. The bed was comfy, large tv and a notebook with everything we needed to know……

“The location was convenient for what we came to do in Binghamton. It is near the highway but still has a quiet feel. It is very private despite being attached to the main house. Extremely clean and attractively decorated. Host was responsive but not intrusive. Great stay!”

“The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. The place could utilize some updates but it’s worth the price to stay if you were by yourself. The landlord……

“Very disappointed. No picture of the front of the house was very misleading. Parking spot was not as described. I do not recommend this house.”
