“Lovely stay, the only part that annoyed me was the property maintenance guys, one guy especially that just kept yelling at his colleague, wasn’t very professional at all! Small shower but have had worse !!! Breakfast was lovely.. ”

“Family of 4. Amazing rooms, pretty well kept. Kids loved it. Gardaland amusement park was a must-see. Something similar to Disney land. Can recommend the night ticket for a discounted price and if travelling in summer, less heat. The hotel offers free shuttle service to/from the venue. One setback was the lack of food options in the area. The onsite restaurant Tutankhamen was, well awful. Other than that 5 star stay. ”

“Hotellet ligner ikke noget særligt. Bygningen udefra, kvarteret og særligt motorvejen er ikke specielt indbydende! Gå alligevel i tur i den lille by Caselle, den er meget autentisk og et besøg værd. Og indenfor på hotellet arbejder nogle mennesker der virkelig yder en fantastisk, imødekommende og meget personlig service! Ingen nævnt, ingenglemt! Vi har netop været der for tredje gang og kommer igen! At hotellet kun er for plus16 årige gæster, typisk ikke overfyldt gør kun oplevelsen……

“Tolle Erfahrung – sehr empfehlenswert! Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage war sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige und gute Frühstück – es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch der Lunch im Hotelrestaurant war sehr lecker, mit einer guten Auswahl an Speisen. Die Hotelbar überzeugte ebenfalls mit einer großen Getränkeauswahl und sehr nettem Personal. Am Pool gab es……
