“I liked that there were different doors to get inside besides the main entrance, so I could bring my stuff in closer to where my room was located. Also, I liked that those doors were only accessible with your key card. Friendly staff ”

“Honestly, I didn't live in this hotel in the end because they cancelled our rooms when we arrived around 11:30 pm. I called the hotel in the morning to make sure when the last time to check in is, and they said there was no limited for the late check in. However, when we arrived the hotel, they just told me that because they couldn't charge my credit card, so they cancelled it and sold our rooms. They said they called me, but I didn't receive ANY call and text. The reason I still gave them some……

“We stayed here for our honeymoon and didn’t regret it one bit. It was perfect for us and our dogs. We enjoyed the beautiful hikes and wildlife right outside the backdoor. We even adventured out to explore the Sunset Volcano. This spot is perfect because you’re out in nature but just 15 minutes up the road are stores and restaurants. ”
