It is on the ground floor, and the person in the condo directly above us woke us up very early the first morning with what sounded like running and cleaning for about 90 minutes non-stop. The other down-side is both bedrooms have windows that have outdoor lights shining in, and the shades don't black them out. Other than that, Brightwild was extremely responsive. “Lovely 1 bedroom place on second floor so there are stairs only for access. Roomy place was good for 3 friends (we are good at sharing 1 bathroom). Beds and sofa comfy. Full kitchen with fridge, keurig, microwave, no dishwasher. Lights and ceiling fans. A/C is excellent. TV and WiFi worked well. Host is great and responds to questions quickly. This is our #1 location when looking to visit Safety Harbor. ”
