“The valet parking at this hotel is ridiculously expensive. Park at Camden Pier carpark directly behind the hotel for a third of the price. Very handy for the Rowdies ground which is opposite. Loved our stay here. ”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”

“Staff was very friendly and caring of our needs and wants. The hotel was clean inside and out. The pool area was clean but the floor tiles were uneven and slippery. The pool bar staff was friendly and very accommodating. ”

“Alex at the Front desk was so kind and helpful! Every interaction was so pleasant, and he was lovely enough to help us print our Universal tickets when we checked out! Very appreciated! ALSO- the valet team was so patient as I struggled to get my life together and forgot something on my car, immediately after valeting it. THANK YOU, EVERYONE. ”
