“3rd time we have stayed on the Pearl. It is docked at great marina, close to the beach and the st Petersburg pier. We were walking distance to 3 grocery stores & restaurants .The boat is very comfortable and much more interesting & fun than staying in a hotel. My favorite part was having a happy hour on the upper deck and watching the sun set. The owners are attentive and helpful. JF”

“When we arrived at the house & walked in it looked fine but, when we went in the back yard other then the pool it was a mess with caution tape on the upper dock, small dock, old pool enclosure & an inground trampoline with a section missing. Also there were aluminum beer cans in the water by the small sea wall & parts of the dock laying in the water. The inground pool was missing a main drain cover & part of a jet on the steps, being a pool builder for 43 years this is a major safety issue. We……

“The place is not what they said it was. The boats are not clean. No working kitchen or bathroom. In my opinion very sketchy to say the least. Do not book you will be very disappointed.. The local law enforcement is looking to talk to the owner. That is what a local sheriff’s deputy had said to us. What a joke! Don’t do it.”

“It was awful. We didn't stay, I honestly felt like my kids and I were going to be trafficked. They were an hour late, unapologetic, told me they had 4 last minute bookings, so why did they get priority over us who booked well in advance. A strange guy asked to motor us out to a different boat but said he'd have to clean linens first. They weren't going to leave a boat for us. It was pitch black. They didn't have my parking pass and didnt even know where I should park. ”
