“It was a good little place for what I was using it for. It was advertised as a beachfront but we had to walk a through a parking lot and public parking to get to the beach. It was a 2 minute walk. It was also advertised there was an outdoor shower. There was dirt packed on the floor and the shower head didn’t work so it was inoperable. The room didn’t seem very well cleaned. The microwave was dirty with past guests food and the shower curtain was stained. ”

“From the moment we walked in at Villagoona, we felt at home! This is hands-down the best vacation rental we have stayed at. “This a great place to stay! The entire floor plan was very functional. We had 10 people and we were all able to spread out nicely. The only issue we had was that there were cigarette butts all under the smoking trash post, One of the bed’s comforters wasn’t cleaning there was another bed in the room, so it was fine. “As advertised on VRBO. Property is literally steps from the beach. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. (No lifeguards). Condo was clean when we arrived. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen well stocked if you wanted to prepare meals. Landlord was responsive via email. Would recommend!”

“Loved our stay! Jesse was great in communicating back to me when I asked he call me not because anything was wrong but I simply had to ask him something. I was completely amazed at the little things that I found including bug spray and batteries just to mention a couple of things. It definitely felt like we were home and not renting a house for a week…we definitely enjoyed that beautiful deck where my son would have spent the entire time fishing had he been allowed to. “Quiet neighborhood and 20 mins to Raymond James & Steinbrenner Field. Bathrooms are a bit cramped but they do the trick. The third bedroom has a king, pullout couch queen and a single person air mattress. Think the description says something different. The neighbors have a rooster that started up at 5:18 AM and also some dogs that started barking around 7. Nothing mentioned would deter me from staying here again. ”
