“We loved this house. We celebrated a cousins 50th birthday and had so much fun. The location is close to all restaurants and beach. The golf cart was so fun to use. The house is nicely stocked with necessary items, pool noodles and toys. There was everything needed for the beach.The most important part was the owners were very responsive to all questions. We look forward to coming and staying here again.”

“We had a great stay. This is a very clean house right on the river. It's walkable to a nearby restaurant, park, and marina. There are several kayaks on the ground floor and a dock to launch them. Lots of seating on the ground floor, outside, and on the second-floor deck. There's a hot tub on the ground floor as well. We saw manatees and dolphins every day we were there. Be sure and kayak or boat upriver. There are several great spots to pull over and swim.”

“I have been to this area before and stayed in several different homes. I would actually pass this house and it looked appealing from the outside. I could never have been prepared for how well equipped, decorated, clean and the degree of detail which is paid to this home. There is nothing I could not have done as far as cooking, watching the TV and outdoor activities the area has to offer. Communications were great, and the guide in the home was super practical. “Exceptional property! We truly had the most amazing stay. The property is so beautiful and clean. It has a ton of charm, and the view off the entire back of the home of the emerald green bay is unmatched!Between waking up to amazing sunrises, hearing the sound of the water, while enjoying the bay breeze and watching all of the dolphins swim by, it was one of the most serene and tranquil experiences. The pool and spa are brand new and we loved having options to swim in the pool, paddle board……

“Location,location, location!!!! this condo was awesome, right on the beach, phenomenal views of sunset. close to the pier but just far enough that the beach was never crowded. the condo came with all the beach gear you would need, umbrella, chairs, cooler, toys for kids, boards, floaties. the condo itself was clean great for family. “We had a great time celebrating an 80th birthday party with family & friends. The house is definitely set up for a family reunion or party. Every room was set up perfectly and the beds were super comfortable. Walking distance to beach & shops was great. ”
