“Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!”

“Property is new. Nice and accommodating. Room ordered was for mobility challenged, the bathtub was not for the challenged. Its difficult pulling someone from a bathtub. Otherwise all was good. ”
“Convenient access off a major road. Very close to many restaurants and shops. Only a short walk of less than a mile to a nice park with 3 pickleball courts and a playground. Also right next to the Monon Trail and close to Grand Park.”
“On a cross country train trip with my kids. This place was the perfect overnight stop. Such a cute area and well planned community, Everything is within walking distance. Super clean and new. Staff goes above and beyond. Such a treasure and great place for anyone who loves trains 🚂 ”

We were here for my husband's surgery and he went out of his way multiple times to make sure that he was taken care of and that we were happy and comfortable.
