“I was not in the property I booked. The owner told me this was her personal unit with “some” of her personal items in it. It was her apartment that had all of her personal effects and had not been cleaned. The trash was full, the dishwasher stunk, there were no cleaning supplies or paper towels. When I asked about not being in the unit I booked, she got defensive and told me this was a bigger unit and that my daughter could sleep in the loft. The loft smelled like cat piss and was cramped full……

I was scammed out of my money & VRBO did not accommodate me for their mess up on a 900 mile trip. Site is not to be trusted and they gave no strrrm put in place for situations like this except to keep spending money.”
