“Older property in need of renovation ”

“Wonderful experience. Very quiet and area felt safe. When we arrived we got a quick, helpful tour from Maureen around the complex. They provided beach equipment an umbrella, beach wagon, towels, chairs. The beach was a quick 5 min walk away. They have a grill and different seating areas around the property to enjoy. There is a restaurant and coffee shop across the street and a deli next door. The property has free bikes you can use during your stay. We stayed in the Birdhouse room. Which……

“Very nice stay - the host was exceptionally friendly and it is a peaceful place - great location and the room was exactly what we were looking for. Nice mini-lake with lots of nature behind the property. Would highly recommend this place!”

“Harbour House is a decent place to stay. Pool area could use refreshing and updating. Condos are decent. Like the area, close to harbor with good restaurants with entertainment and beach is a short walk. Condos also seem to be soundproof which helps stay because it’s located almost under the bridge and traffic gets loud. However sitting on your balcony you can hear traffic and a loud noise every time someone drives over a certain section of the bridge. We like Gail who is a longtime resident and……

“This property is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very pretty, and decorated tastefully. We felt very much at home. The kitchen had everything you needed. Even had spices. The pool was amazing and large. Lots of towels for the pool and beach. We loved it there and would definitely rent it again if we go to Cape Coral. ”
