“When we first arrived we were given a room in the Captiva tower. What was described as a water view was a parking lot and natural area. The Captiva tower has its own pool but is almost a half mile from the main building, restaurants, pool bar, etc. When we went back to the front desk at the main building, they offered to move us into a queen room in the main building with a much better location and view. ”

“The property was newly renovated. Family friendly. The evening front desk guy was super helpful, kind, and professional. Day staff ladies were okay not as friendly. Overnight front desk staff nice as well. Our room was great and clean. Housekeeping staff were top notch super kind and did a great job! Breakfast was fresh, hot, and good! The property was nice and very clean! You can rent chairs with an umbrella by the beach for $40 a day. We rented a jet ski for an hour the staff there were also……

“The location was great. It is located in walking distance to the beach, had parking in front and close to Sanibel Island. We didn't have time to take advantage of the kayaks, grills in the back, or bicycles, but these were great offerings. It had what we needed. Overall a lot of offerings for a decent price. ”
