“Being a boutique hotel there were only 8 rooms and was situated on the Grand Canal about 150’ from the Rialto Bridge. The property is very “Venetian-glass chandeliers, brocade bed covers, walls etc”We loved its uniqueness. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was served in a little room overlooking the Grand Canal….was fun watching all the boat traffic.”

“Near the pier, just 5 min walk, and the hotel facility is new and room is big, staff is friendly and helpful to tell me the way to those attractions. Highly recommended”

“very nice experience to stay in here. Rooms are clean, big enough (concerning that you are in Venice). outside have bus station, near by have some nice restaurant. with kids, they can prepare the kids bed too. ”

“威尼斯一家真正值得推薦的好公寓。地點真的很方便，就在Rialto橋前方的市集入口處，從車站搭1號線的船在Rialto Mercato站下船，走路50公尺，真的不用1分鐘就到了，誰說住威尼斯島上就一定要辛苦的拉行李，住在這裡就不用煩腦行李的問題。房間空間大又新，設備齊全，設計時尚。真的可以當自己的家長久的住下來了。最值得讚美的是這裡的工作人員，非常的親切很有耐心，當我告知他們我找不到路的時候，還跑到街上來接我們。帶我們到房間後還親切的為我們示範一些設備該如何使用。下雨天還幫我們準備了雨傘。還因天氣不好，擔心影響到我們旅遊的心情，而送了我們一瓶香檳和餅乾（這是我自己的想法），但工作人員的貼心真的深深的感動了我們。感謝他們的細心服務，讓我們更加喜歡威尼斯。有機會再來的話100%會再選擇這間公寓，也會把這裡推薦給我的所有朋友們。”

“Nice view and comfortable ”

“The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, stylish, super convenient and a great home base in Venice. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the patio because of so many mosquitos (bring bug spray and it should be fine). The only real frustration was the initial key pickup that is a totally different location than the apartment. When traveling from the airport, this meant we weren’t able to use the most convenient travel modes. Otherwise, 5 star!”

“Hotel restaurant is fairly good, bar is great, especially the waiters and bartenders are in good energangy. Location is in the city center closed to ferry station. If you are in for shopping, this is also a good place to stay with all the luxury brands around. The only problem I have is the drainage system in the shower/bath tub. The water goes down very slowly, everytime I took shower, it will take 15 minutes till the wastewater to go down completely. I notified the front desk to send someone……

“Renovated Aparthotel in the former private palace of the Doge of Venice. Very large rooms, very clean and modern design furniture. Very friendly staff. Good situated (5 min to Accedmia bridge and waterbus; 12 min walk to Marcus place.”

In addition, the hotel is very caring, because my friend lost his passport in St. Mark's Square, the local police immediately informed the hotel, the hotel immediately informed my friends to know and took out the map to tell us the police station.”
