“The place was super clean and looked just like the pictures. Closet space but no dressers. Only had 2 of us staying so we used the spare beds as a place for our clothes. Decent shower with a tub which is a nice treat! Tons of bathroom counter space which is a bonus! Beds were good too. Street noise is real though, I use ear plugs and still had some trouble getting to sleep. Overall a great spot for us in a location that was perfect for our activities in town.”

“We were in Charlotte for a golf weekend. Needed central location for golf courses and also a home base within walking distance to bars and restaurants. This location checked all the boxes”

“I’ll be honest the common areas of the building were run down and a little messy but the apartment was excellent and clean. Don’t judge it by the hallways. The apartment was very clean, comfortable well equipped and location was perfect. We would definitely come back. Communication with property was also excellent. ”

“I’ve booked several different units in this building, this was my far the best! The management company includes parking and there are televisions in every room. Communication was easy with the management company, and the unit was very clean.”

“This property was the perfect fit for our group of 5 women in Charlotte for the men’s ACC basketball tournament. The bathroom set up was great with two separate rooms with the toilet and shower and three large vanities with sinks. The Spectrum tournament venue was an easy walk from the property, as well as a plethora of restaurants. The property was clean and offered all of the amenities we needed. Communication with Michael was a breeze! We all agreed that we would stay there again.”

“Check in staff was very friendly. The hotel and room was very clean and the hotel guests were quiet. However, the appliances and room decor could use some updating, it was very dark in the rooms. ”
