We stayed the night before at your generic hotel—mono-chromatic colors, steel furniture and the same breakfast you find everywhere. That won’t be your experience here! You’ll step into a home from the early 1900’s, lovingly restored with rich wood trims, antique furniture and floral fabrics. Every nook and cranny is interesting and thoughtful touches abound. “Just had a lovely stay at The Herbie. It's easy to get to and close to downtown but the area is actually pretty quiet. There is a courtyard with loungechairs, a grill and pickleball court and the room was just amazing! The decor and the details are stellar, the king-sized bed was comfortable, there's a fridge with freezer, coffeemaker and bathroom toiletries. I have finally found "my" place to stay in Lincoln and we will most definitely be back!!”
