“My family booked the cabin for a short, 3-day rest and each day was so full. Packed with coffee in the hot tub, listening to the creek, short or long (depending on mood) walks up the stream while my husband and son fished for native trout. Enjoying meals on the grill, a roaring fire in the pit just outside and movie nights outside on the covered porch with our bodies telling when to sleep and wake. A true gem at the end of the road where life slows to let you savor! Blessed to have visited……

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the peaceful surroundings and the natural beauty that envelops the property. A charming creek runs through the land, providing the perfect soundtrack for morning coffee and evening conversations on the porch.Each night, deer would wander into the backyard, and feeding them became a magical experience that our kids absolutely loved. If you've never visited before, I recommend arriving before they close. if you can't arrive before 5pm, I recommend you confirm exact directions to where you are staying. The directions given are to the general property and the property is really big. So unless you know exactly where you are going, you will get lost. Don't be like me and make certain you know exactly where on the property you will be staying. It is worth it. ”

“this was a beautiful location! the cabin was private, and the onsite trails were nice. it was conveniently located to Monongahela National Forest, and many trails for hiking & climbing. The cabin was clean and well-kept, and it had all necessary amenities. Our family really enjoyed our stay here! ”

“The cabin is beautiful and everything a group of girls need for a little momcation! The cabin was very clean. The hot tub is nice but a little small for our group we couldn't all get in at the same time. We loved the outdoor fireplace! I would suggest arriving in the daytime it is on a mountain and hard to see at night. Would definitely recommend!in the ”

“The location alone is spectacular, particularly in mid-fall, though the boats are absolutely right that it's a cell phone wasteland. Fortunately the house WiFi can handle all but the most intense gaming loads (bandwidth is great but satellite-level pings) and has plenty of TVs board games, and other pastimes for those seeking a digital detox. The hosts were great with communication, offering to help when needed but also perfectly willing to keep a distance when we wanted to embrace the……
