“This property exceed our expectations! The property is beautiful. We had a group for Senior prom and had plenty of space for all of the kids and adults. The backyard is huge and has a wonderful fire pit perfect for smores. The goats, chickens and house dog Leo made the trip even better. We were allowed to collect fresh eggs and even feed a baby goat. “We came to Texas for a graduation and celebrated our daughters birthday at this home. It was big enough for all 9 of us that stayed in the home and the 6-11 others that lived in the area to join the gathering. The kids spent a good portion of time in the pool and enjoying the games. The only very minor issue we had they were quick to respond too. We had plenty of towels and everything else we needed. So grateful we found this property. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.……

“We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend. Jay, the property owner, was friendly and responsive—he even allowed us to check in a little early, which we really appreciated.There were a couple of hiccups during our stay. We were informed upon arrival that the cleaning service had an emergency and couldn’t finish, which affected a couple supplies. We also experienced some issues with the thermostat resetting which the owner will hopefully resolve.That said, the property itself worked out……

Enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch while listening to songbirds, cozy cuddles from Kali the cat, and view spectacular sunrises and sunsets. A short drive to the adorable downtown McKinney for shopping and dining is a plus. ”

“We went to a wedding in Leonard and needed a place for 6 of us. It was fun to see the animals off the back porch. Owners are super sweet. The house is well decorated and very clean.Thank you for a great place to get some sleep between events.”
