“Found a men’s underwear in the bathroom and the room is not clean”

“The property grounds were concerning as there were a few vandalisms that happened during my stay and I did end up checking out 2 to 3 days earlier related to that the property itself is clean. It was comfortable. The air freshener in the halls was a little bit over power in, but the room itself was OK for what it needed to do”

“The environment is very quiet, dining is very convenient, and special dining seats are prepared for infants and young children. Very thoughtful service. There is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room, which can heat milk for infants and young children.”

“Overall, it's just so-so. I don't understand why burnt and dirty bed sheets that can't be washed clean, with holes in them, are still being used for customers.”

“Not a bad facility. Room layout was good. Had a two room suite with each having a bathroom, kitchenette, living area with a desk and dining table. A TV in each room was nice. Seems a little dated/old, but functional. Found a couple of mini-roaches walking around. Grounds also seemed a little lacking in upkeep. Breakfast was very basic. Waffles and oatmeal with coffee, milk and juice.”

“Not comfortable because it being too hot on room. Couldn't get sheets or towels ”

“When booking, we have ask for folding bed, but they was forgotten, and then there is not enough blanket. When we enter our room the floor was sticky everywhere, open the sofa bed found a lot of garbage the floor, the bathroom has a used black towel, feeling a lot of unsanitary, very disappointed. But the staff was good.They have clean the floor immediately.”
