“My son had emergency surgery and we needed to check in a little early. The hotel was accommodating. ”

“Missing items from my meal. Didn't tell me. Had to request and she says they're out. Pool broken, AC not working in the gym, water fountain not working - had to buy $3 waters. Toilets in lobby not working and water all over floor.”

“Very accommodating and clean. Great stop outside of downtown Shreveport! ”

“Nice hotel. Pretty clean. Carpets were a little dirty, but not bad. If you are on the side facing the gas station, it can be a little noisy with thumping music. But overall pleased with the value, and lady up front that checked me in was super nice.”

“It was clean but the lobby smelled. The sink and the tub had no stopper and I was afraid I was gonna lose my rings in it. The television reception was bad. The staff was very friendly however the morning receptionist had a bonnet on at work greeting guests. I thought that was inappropriate. ”
