“Very good hotel. It is a great experience of staying here when I joined a conference held in Newcastle upon Tyne. Good location, good service, good price and friendly staff.”

“Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.”

“We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town. Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there……

“Good hotel, room was large and well appointed, however the curtains didn’t fit properly allowing early morning sun to get through, so no lay in. Also very early 3-4 bins getting emptied (bottles) meant a disturbed sleep. ”

“Pros: close to train station and restaurants, great breakfast (semi-buffet), value for money Cons: room is a but dusty, and some rooms are located in between 2 floors so you need to climb a few steps with your luggage, rmb to send a note to the hotel if you carry heavy luggage to avoid such rooms.”

“I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.”
