“Great location and lovely sea view from our room. Great staff and I enjoyed my cooked breakfast Hotel is looking dated in areas: carpets threaded. Bathroom in the room definitely needs an upgrade as looked dirty but on closer inspection this was due to wear and tear. ”

“My room (#4) was a massive room on the ground floor. Everything was lovely. The bed was comfortable. I especially liked the extra floor fan and the common area. Just beware that the windows in #4 overlook the small parking lot. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious. ”

“The property is ideally suited for events at Venue Cymru, which is next door. We had a family room, fronting the promenade with a fantastic view of the bay.The hotel was renovated last year and there were many thoughtful touches. “Ideal location. Hotel is situated on the prom not far from the theatre. It was a bank holiday weekend and this was one of the few hotels not to heavily inflate their price. We had a room on the top, 4th floor, so the views were excellent. Ensuite shower room was compact, but certainly more than adequate.
